Where do I call if the product I receive is wrong or broken?

If your order is wrong or the item arrived damaged you can contact us to (305)-8341399 or via email at MagnusMaximusap@gmail.com so we can provide you with the best solution.

We will replace the item(s) as long as it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability.   

 

What to do if the product I purchased is missing something or has a malfunction?

In the majority of the cases the item should be sent to back to the manufacturer. Please contact us to (305)-8341399 or via email at MagnusMaximusap@gmail.com and we will analyze your case and give you the instructions to follow. 

How do I return my purchase?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, within 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same conditions you received it and in the original package. Return charges will be the buyer responsibility.

Please do not send any item back without contact our Customer Service Department first, approval will be need to receive a refund.

How do I get a Refund after I return an item?

If you regretted your purchase or have decided that you no longer want the item, take in consideration there will be a restocking fee for 20% of the total order amount. Also if we receive the item damaged or physically modified compare to the original shipped the restocking fee could be up to 50%.

Some items are not refundable, but you may receive a credit for them, based on approval.

I need some help with the installation or set up of my products, Where do I should call?

How much will my shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders in the Continental U.S. territory.

For shipping addresses to Islands (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands) and APO, FPO, DPO, please contact us first to confirm the possibility of sending your order and the cost of the shipping, if its applicable.

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

There is a handling time from 1 to 2 days for your order to be ready and shipped, if want to make any change to your order you may contact us in this range of days, otherwise will be not possible to make any modification after the order had been shipped.

The delivery time will depend of the service you select at the moment of your purchase. It can go from next day to 7 to 10 business days. 

Where's My Stuff?

To track your package and see business order information, log in to your user account, then select Orders. 

If your package had been send already you will receive in your email the Tracking information from the delivery company and you will be able to track the package(s). 

Why Is There Tax on My Order?

​There may be tax on your order if you are not enrolled in Magnus Maximus Tax Exemption Program or, if you have placed orders from states where you have not activated tax exemption

How do I enroll my business into the Magnus Maximus Tax Exemption Program??

You will need to submit the specific tax exemption documents for each applicable state where you are claiming tax exemption. Please send your Resale Tax Certificated to the following email address MagnusMaximusap@gmail.com  . We would informed when the process has been approved.

What if tax still showing on my orders?

If tax is still showing on your orders in the states where you have active exemptions, contact Customer Service at  MagnusMaximusap@gmail.com
